In situations where we encounter unforeseen circumstances, the Agent/client acknowledges that the itinerary specified may be varied by US (Company) from time to time, without notice to the Agent or Client, at the discretion of The Company and provided the itinerary and price is not substantially different from the itinerary that the client anticipated enjoying, the Agent/client shall not be entitled to cancel the contract. Fare increases may occur inter alia due to any increase in airline tariffs, fuel costs, game reserve fees, or fluctuation of exchange rates. Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and Golden monkey Permits

Securing a gorilla permit is not a guarantee of seeing the gorillas. We are unable to accept liability for any circumstance that might lead to gorilla viewing being cancelled. Refunds of gorillas’ and other primates’ trekking permits are only done by the relevant authorities (Rwanda Development Board for Rwanda and Uganda Wildlife Authority for Uganda). We are therefore not liable for their refund. We shall use our best efforts to get a refund from the relevant authority and pass it on to the client as soon as we receive it.
The client acknowledges that there is a possibility that an individual traveler may be prohibited from tracking gorillas, chimpanzees, and golden monkeys on the day of a scheduled excursion because of an illness that might be transmitted to them or for some other health-related condition. Only travelers in good health are permitted to track primates, and the decision on whether a traveler will be allowed to participate in a primate tracking excursion will be made on the day of the excursion by the park authorities, whose decisions are final. if they (guests) are prohibited from visiting the primates due to illness, no refunds shall be entertained.
