DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our meet and greet lounge host who will help you through a fast-track assistance with VISA and luggage collection. After immigration and bag collection, you will then be handed over to our driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 2: KIGALI CITY TOUR
After breakfast at the hotel, your driver guide will pick you up and lead you for a guided city tour in the vibrant capital of Kigali where you visit interesting historical sites. You will learn more about Rwanda’s heart-rending history at the Genocide Memorial Centre. Later pay a visit to the genocide museum (optional) located at the National Parliament of Rwanda before returning to the hotel.
After lunch, pay a visit to Kimironko local market where you will see various locally produced agricultural produce and artisans works. Later in the evening after your sightseeing tour, return back to the hotel for freshening up, dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: TRANSFER TO VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK – 5 Days Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda
After breakfast you will depart Kigali for a 3 hours breath-taking scenic drive to the Volcanoes National Park located in the Northern Province of Rwanda. On arrival, you will check in at theLodge and enjoy lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will visit the Ellen campus museum to have a detailed look into the life Dian Fossey who dedicated all her life into conservation of the Gorillas.

DAY 4: ULTIMATE GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE – 5 Days Gorilla Trekking in Rwanda
Your day begins with breakfast at 06h30 then head to Kinigi park reception for briefing at 07h00. Thereafter, you will be guided through jungle to search for the shy mountain gorillas. The trek takes about 5 hrs including 1 hour with the gorillas. You will get full briefing of their family formations, background, and observe their life style in their own habitat and family setting. After this mind-blowing activity, you will return to the lodge for lunch followed by a relaxed evening whilst utilizing the complementary offers at the hotel.

DAY 5: BEYOND GORILLA EXPERIENCE – DEPARTURE
After your morning breakfast, your guide will pick you and lead you the local guide who will take you for a village tour where you get to experience home stays in the Rwandan local setting, milk the cow, participate in producing local banana beer, basket weaving, bee keeping experience to mention but a few. Return to the lodge for lunch, relax a bit then proceed to check out of the lodge before hitting on the road for a scenic drive back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be chauffeured to the airport for your flight to back home.
